What Causes Regression After Laser Eye Surgery?

1 min read

Regression occurs due to:

  • Epithelial remodelling¹
  • Biomechanical redistribution¹
  • Ongoing myopic shift in young patients²

Hyperopic treatments show higher regression due to central epithelial thickening¹.

Regression is biological, not technical error.
