- Keep cleaning sprays and strong fumes away from your eyes.
- Ask for help if you feel tired, dizzy, or dazzled.
- Use drops as prescribed, even when busy.
Heavier chores and precautions
More demanding jobs can raise pressure or risk accidental knocks. Waiting a little longer helps keep your eye safe.
- Postpone deep cleaning, hoovering, and moving furniture for a day or two.
- Wear protective glasses in dusty or cluttered areas.
- Avoid heavy lifting and ladder use until your specialist is happy.
- Stop immediately if pain, haloes, or blurred vision occur.
- Plan chores around follow-up visits so you do not miss checks.
